About Us
Welcome to Living Bridge Community Care, where our mission is to provide compassionate, personalised, and holistic care to individuals and families throughout their life’s journey. Living Bridge Community Care believe in creating meaningful connections and offering comprehensive support to ensure clients’ needs and wishes are met with dignity and respect.
Why Living Bridge?
A Living Bridge is handmade from the aerial roots of rubber fig trees (fiscus elastica) and conveys a multi-faceted meaning of hands on support, communication, connectedness, hope, strength and transition. Each step across the Living Bridge represents the importance of taking care of each other while providing deeper meaning and greater comfort to the dying as they journey through the end of life process into death and beyond as we understand it.
